“Incompetent staff asking over and over and over to fill out all personal information related to an error on their part. Even after resolving the problem myself, every time I go in they ask for the same info again. When I finally refused to fill out the same forms I filled out thirty days earlier they refused to fulfill a scheduled appointment for follow up on surgery they performed. Even the doctor, Dr. Wilson refused to see me over information I already provided. Incompetent staff and unprofessional conduct by the doctor. This is a common theme with other patients that I personally observed. Do your self a favor and avoid this circus.”

“Had A appointment to day my doctor is no longer there. So I got Dr. Kim . Never in my life have I ever been treated the way I was this morning. He informed me if I am just coming for pills to go back to my pcp. I have been a patient for 6 years . To they wanted me to book appoint for two month. I ask if I could see a different doctor I have to go threw him. He also told me it was my responsibility to get my records . He said there was no records in my chart . So bottom line he has no bedside manner. I was crying when I left the office. He has no compassion for the pattience. He also said he is a md . The doctor I saw was a pa and they don't know anything. Well never go back to that office again.”

“The doctor I saw took me off my medicine I was on at a previous pain management doctor and lowered me to something different, didn't call the day of, and when he did call it in, called it into the an incorrect pharmacy, so I foresee in the future me having trouble filling it. The front desk ladies and medical assistant are all ignorant and I again foresee me going off on them because for the copays I pay and I time I give I am not being mistreated by people that can not do their jobs correctly.”
