Patient Testimonials
“So today I called the saint joe office to update my insurance info and to ask a question about my recent mri results. The receptionist transferred me to the nurse line to answer my questions,I left a message and got a call back within 10mins. So far everything is good. The nurse I talked too was very short(not sure if she is having a bad bad or what) I asked why my previous mri results I got from another dr was not shared with whomever read my current mri. She became very mean, talking to me like I was beneath her and did not know how the medical industry works.telling me its not in the medical industry for drs to share previous mri results to new mris unless they where done by the same facility(which I know is wrong and a medical malpractice suit if something is missed)I did fill out a medical release form the 1st day at my appointment in 2021 so that southern michigan pain consultants would have all my records from the dr I was seeing in indiana which that included the cd of the mri in 2021, the paper which that dr wrote up about my mri, and all other medical records. How does a dr help their patients if they don't bother reading previous medical records nor send previous findings in an mri to the current place doing the mri?! Mri in 2021 states that I have an extra vertebrae and needs careful attention to that so that reading future mris are accurate!!! If thats not shared how does the radiologist read correctly??!!”

“Doctor was almost an hour late. Phlebotomist was not good at getting an IV in my arm, caused me to bleed profusely and wasn't in a rush to clean up. Staff took a half hour to get me one Xanax pill. I recommend going anywhere else.”

“My experience is the opposite of another patient. Tom has always been kind and caring. Dr. Kolinski was when I had a better insurance. When I got a divorce and lost my insurance, he would only spend maybe one minute in the room with me. It's nice to have someone that doesn't treat you different, because they may making less money. Thank you Tom!”

“Extremely satisfied with what Dr's Ward and Ulrich have done to help me. They are both great communicators and make me feel comfortable with the directions and treatments.”
