“This has been by far the worst medical treatment I have ever received in my 62 years of living on this planet. I had a procedure done on my lower back by Dr Matthew Kuiper in August 2023 that caused excruciating pain soon as I left the office. Once I got home, I called them and explained to that I was in serious pain. To my dismay, they told me to take a Tylenol, which I did but that did not relieve my pain. I went to sleep in pain but when I woke up the pain was gone and my back felt much better. Fast forward to July 2024. My stem cells grew back and I had to have that procedure again. I explained to the nurse and Dr Matthew Kuiper that without any pain meds just for one day, I don't want the procedure. Dr Matthew Kuiper agreed to write me a prescription for pain. Just like last time, the pain was immediate. I went to my Walgreens to pick up the prescription but it wasn't sent. I called the pain clinic and they told me that he hasn't written the script...that he's with another patient, that I may need to wait a few hours. So their idea is for me to leave there in pain, go home in pain, wait until he decides to write the prescription, get back up in pain and go back out to pick up the prescription. Someone please make that make sense! Had I actually took the time to read the horrible reviews this place has received, I would not have came here in the first place. I'll never go back there again!”
