“Reason for the bad rating is because I received a bill 1 and a half year later from my procedure. When I was there the last time I asked them is this the last amount I have to pay and they said yes. My wife was a witness to it when I asked. When I called in to go over my bill I told them it was BS I received it a year and a half later. Then I was threatened that it would just be sent to collections then. I always make sure I pay upfront or pay my co pays. I asked the person there how long they have been working there and they said seven years. Very disappointed that someone has been there for 7 years and I'm just getting a bill. I would have understood if they were new or my insurance didn't pay right away but they did. Bad service with the accounting side of it.”

“This used to be a good place to go. Not any more. I got blow off right out of the gate. All the issues are non drug related, so don't let them pull them Grifter routine on you. I was blown off even more after talking to the office manager. They want me to come back in and run up the bill. There was a total common sense refusal to update very old imagery and they want to do an injection where it is not need, then maybe do an injection in the right location. Grifters running up the bill.”
