“I usually don't write reviews but my brief experience at Southern Grace was so bizarre and I felt so disrespected. I came in for a consultation and sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. The doctor was seeing another patient right before me but he left after 10 minutes of me waiting, the doctor saw me waiting in the waiting room and didn't greet me.. so I sat to wait a little longer. After 25 minutes, I still wasn't greeted by the doctor and I was the only patient there. Another patient came to check in about 30 minutes into my wait and he immediately called her back and still didn't say one word to me. I gave them time before writing this review to maybe offer an explanation or an apology but they still haven't reached out.”
