“I went to the Pain Clinic affiliated with SEORMC as soon as it opened and before the other one closed. I had been going to the other one, and I was hoping for a longer lasting solution than the Hydroxycodone. I am getting a trial for a safe procedure for my lower back pain, and since this time I will have a "dress rehearsal" to pinpoint the most likely area to respond, I am at ease and hopeful. I cannot imagine why others have left such negative comments. I am pleased and appreciative of the efforts on my behalf.”

“AVOID THIS OFFICE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! I took a sweet 85 year old woman to this office and she was treated terribly! This poor woman is twisted with arthritis, diabetic and barely ambulatory but this place could care less about the patient! Katie was the Dr she saw and after 20 years on pain meds, she dropped her from oxycodone 7.5 every 4 hours to 5/325 every 8 hours and as this poor woman laid and went through withdrawl for 5 days, she couldn't be bothered to even offer her a non narcotic to minimize her agony, even though i called repeatedly!!! It sickens me the way this place treats the elderly! It's disgusting and I warn you to stay away from this place. Once they have you hooked, they'll play with you like it's a game. Katie should not be caring for patients!!!!”

“Medical gaslighting at it's finest here. What an awful experience. Waited 4 months for their appointment to be referred back to my neurologist and a psychiarist!?! Do better because it is cruel to treat patients this way. I have multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, SI joint dysfunction.....to name a few of my pain conditions which is enough. My pain is real and chronic for 15+ years now. The nurse practitioner was incredibly dismissive and rude. Waste of time. I can only hope the medical community can stop treating all patients as drug seekers. We are not addicts and suffering in horrendous pain. Again, do better. PLEASE consider other pain management options before going here.”

“This place should not be open at all they do not care about your pain or how you feel! They will have you come in & bill your insurance to get that money & they will not give you your medicine Katie should not be caring for patients!! This is the worst place that I've ever seen the state Board needs to look into this place!!!! If your doctor has you go here tell them NO & RUN FROM THIS PLEASE!!”
