Patient Testimonials

My husband has seen Dr. Bosch, the last 2 years. Dr. Bosch himself is an amazing doctor; however, he has fairly new staff. His current NP (I think), Katheryn, is just terrible! Every month, it's the same thing. She doesn't listen to anything we say and acts like, we're telling her something new. She's flat out rude & nasty! We even had to request for the office manager to be present his last appt. My husband had the spinal cord stimulator placed on 11/14/16. The pain has been unbearable, he couldn't even stand up without help and still can't lift his arms. When calling, I was completely blown off, wasn't even given time to explain. Her exact words, "It's just a little post-of pain & take him to the ER." Everyone has been great until she started. It's not okay to let your patients suffer like this. I have a hard time thinking, Dr. Bosch is aware of her actions. She's been the 3rd NP, my husband has seen and the only one that's been so ugly! Everyone else, was great!

I'd say I'm overall satisfied with the service here. Everybody is pretty respectful except for one person, the nurse (my apologies, forget her name) that administers sedation for procedures. She seemed to think that I wouldn't know if I were pregnant for some reason? She angrily made me sign the consent form regarding pregnancy as if I might be pregnant even though I'd done a test recently that was negative. Wait times in the back are long. I need this treatment badly enough to put up with that nurse so overall I'll still give five stars since most doctor's offices seem to feature rude staff nowadays and most of the staff here are nice. Hope this helps. *Edit* the nurse with the ugly attitude is gone and someone really nice is there now. Definitely five stars from me, thanks guys

I am under the care of the Mayo Clinic and due to my widespread AVN, I was told not to take any steroids. Dr. Bosch decided today to give me an injection in my back with steroids without my consent. He has done injections numerous times without using steroids in the past (I have been a patient here for 6 years). After confronting him about why he did this, he basically told me it was safe. I told him that Mayo said that I couldn't have steroids. He said he didn't care what Mayo said and basically said his authority superceded any Dr. that I was currently under. I have been under Mayos care for 15 years and they have my complete, extensive medical history where Bosch does not. Dr. Bosch has a huge ego and a God complex. He has put my health in jeopardy. If you have extensive medical issues...STAY AWAY!

No "pain management" at all-just tried to sell me implant surgery for the wrong condition 10 minutes into first appointment before seeing so much as 1 x-ray or scan- then wrote a prescription for a $400 ridiculous and highly problematic narcotic medication. I'm homeless and in a wheelchair. Kickbacks anyone??? All Bosche does is sell implants for Boston Scientific or whoever and $2000 "pain shots" that independent research shows are mostly ineffective and damaging to soft tissue in spine. He totally ignored the fact that I have damage to c spine and wanted to cut on my L spine Anything for money.
