Patient Testimonials

I came to the pain clinic while experiencing low back and bilateral leg pain for months. They were useless. They said they would call after urine testing results and they did not. This happened twice and after I called and left 3 messages both times. I would not recommend this place for any kind of help.

Dr. Evans was terrible today. He said I am too young for pain medication and that I should get a spinal fusion. Which I was told not to get because I am too young. Also I have no one to watch my son while I would be recovering from surgery but he ignored that. I am in a lot of pain from him poking and prodding my back today during the exam I certainly don't trust him for the injection he recommended. I told him I had already tried the injections and they don't work. He wanted me to do more X-rays and injections. What a waste of my time and now my back hurts more. He is a BAD LISTENER or just didn't understand I don't have any childcare to help me with these injection appointments or post op recovery. He didn't even ask me what happened to my back until right before he left. He seemed angry for me even asking for pain medication and just had an argumentative attitude with me from the moment I suggested it until the end of our appointment. I told him NSAIDS don't work he ignored me and called them into the pharmacy anyway. Don't waste your time with him.

I had my first visit today and I was pleasantly surprised of how great their sincere care was. After reading so many bad reviews on here, I honestly wasn't given much hope, but they are great! Deborah Johnson was amazing and treated me with great respect in understanding my pain. They are very strict in their pain management which they should be and have to be. I don't know what future visits will be like but I do know they have my best interest at heart and if there happens to be any problems it will be because of my own failure in following what is required of me. Disregard all the bad reviews you read, these are great doctors and I highly recommend them! My second visit was great as well! Amy Patel was so pleasant and caring in all my concerns. When I look back at bad reviews, I realize it's a patient problem, not a doctor problem... I'll leave it at that and not say more. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for true sincere help with pain and problems.

I used to see Dr Evans and now see Dr Gregory...Dr Gregory is the best doctor I have ever had. He listens to all my concerns and actually remembers what he says from one appointment to the next. He is very professional and also compassionate. I give him 5 stars and highly recommend!
