Patient Testimonials

My name is Ronald Payne, I'm not sure why my wife's name, Kelly Payne, is showing posting publicly. I was in there today, 12-8-25, and Dr. Willis treated me. I was very impressed. He actually came into the room and talked to me before he even started the procedure in a different room. He was down to earth and we talked liked friends for a few minutes, then he explained everything he was going to do in the other room. He was very honest about what I would go through and the feeling I would experience. He was correct with everything he said. He was very professional and I actually left there pain free. It's about 6 hours later now and I'm still pain free for now. This is the best I've felt with my back in a few years now. From the receptionist to the ladies in the back, they took excellent care of me. I highly recommend this doctor and the entire staff. Thanks again for everything y'all did. God bless you all.

Doctor Willis and his NP Chandler are top tier. I'm treated like family. I'm very critical when it comes to doctors and I don't give compliments lightly, I would recommend this team to everyone.

Based on other reviews I apparently got the wrong doc when I came to these guys. Came here because the pain caused by the severe osteo arthritis in pretty much every joint in my body has got to the point my pc doc and 3 different SB&J Ortho docs can do little and I spend most evenings at a 6-8 on the scale. My issues are easily verifiable as real via a review of x rays and MRI's and I have spent years getting shots and pt. Basically all the doc did was kick the can to a Rheumotologist I can't see for four months. I came here as a last resort and all I got for it was a wasted morning, gas money and a copay.

I've been seeing Dr. Willis and Michelle for about eight years. From the moment I walk in on every visit my experience is superlative. The reception staff is very courteous and welcoming. My wait to be called is never longer than 15 or 20 minutes, unless I am early. The nurse who calles me back is very friendly, and compassionate. She never hesitates to make small talk, which is always necessary since I am such a talker. Then enter Michelle. She goes over the necessary information, make sure I am doing well on my meds and in my life, otherwise. If I have any problems that I am dealing with she always offers advice, whether it be a referral or personal advice. Then it's time to see Dr. Willis. From the moment he walks in he puts a smile on my face, even when I've had a tough day. I've been in pain for 27 years and during my first visit with him he was straight with me. He told me, up front, that I would never be pain free, but that he would make my pain as tolerable as possible and that's exactly what he's done, be it with procedures or medication. He's always been up front with me and discussed all of my options for dealing with my pain whether it was the physical pain he is treating me for or some emotional pain I was dealing with in life. You see, that's the best thing about this team, they treat you like family and do what they can to heal more than just your physical pain. Dr. Willis will share stories from his life, if they are relevant to what you are going through, in an effort to help you deal with your problem by sharing his experiences. He puts you at ease, makes you feel welcome, and comfortable, but most importantly he makes you feel heard and he makes you feel seen. He never makes you feel like an imposition, and even though the appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes, if you need more time than that, he spends that ti.e with you. Every time I go to his office, he and his team make my day, no matter how I feel when I enter those doors, I leave with my spirits lifted and feeling good about life.
