“Doctor was fine and nice but the billing is a joke. Called me months after to ask why I haven't paid my bill when I haven't received a bill from them. I called and the guy was nice and all but since when and why would it be on file to say not to send out a bill. How else would you know you need to pay a bill if you don't get one. Something sounds shady here! It's a Wonder why y'all have 3 stars and such bad reviews. Sorry but I'll never go here again.”

“Growing up in Kemmerer I have always been grateful for the hospital and their friendly and welcoming staff. However over the last few years there have been a lot of changes in staff and management that I feel have greatly affected the overall quality of this facility. Melissa Cassidy is the manager of the acute care floor where my sister has been admitted, and Melissa has been anything but welcoming or friendly since the moment my sister arrived. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that my sisters stay is uncomfortable as well as cut short because she doesn't agree with why she is there. She has acted completely unprofessional throughout my sisters entire stay thus far and, in my opinion, has thrown the book of ethics out the window. I understand Melissa may not agree with why a patient is there, but I also feel she owes each patient the same respect as the next, as she is the one that chose this profession. For the most part I think the staff and management have been GREAT! They have stepped up and taken great care of my sister even in the face of their own manager not doing so, and for those employees I am grateful. The reason I am giving this facility a 1 star rating is because I feel that if it weren't for the select few employees that are working hard and doing their job professionally, Melissa would have thrown my sister out. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what we have gone through.”

“I delivered my sweet baby at this hospital! It was an awesome experience. The nurses take the time to make sure that all your needs and wants are met. I was super anxious and the nurses did a good job of helping me feel better and didn't make me feel like I was just another patient. The Anesthesiologist doctor Parry (I think its spelt) was OVER THE TOP AMAZING. She deserves an award for how truly completely outstanding she was! Traveling 1.5 hours to deliver here was well worth it!”
