“Woman that picks up the phone with the Asian accent needs better manners. She likes interrupting when she assumes she knows what you're going to say. And then when you confront her about it she catches attitude and tries to reverse it. Nice try but where I'm from you let somebody talk and then when they're done you talk. You don't have to ask me if you can talk now. This is bad for business I hope this helps you with your communication skills. I'll take off the one star when I'm in a better mood in the meantime enjoy it.”
