When contacted, they hung up on me and then wouldn't answer my calls, until I used a different phone number. Their office staff is extremely unprofessional and I am super disappointed in their service.”

“When I first began being treated by Vaughn and Jackie, they treated me with great respect, kindness and true concern for my wellbeing; which they continue to do. I really appreciate all of the kindness and truly important questions they ask to find out what is going on with me. They seem to realize, chronic pain can also affect someone mentally and emotionally. They check-in on all aspects of their patients. Jackie and Vaughn show when I've had issues with previous medications and disquiet concerns. Vaughn and Jackie always listen to questions I have, and/or concerns I may have as well.
