Patient Testimonials

If I could I would leave this clinic no stars! I have severe medical conditions, am in constant pain and see multiple doctors a week. I have never seen such incompetence. I had an epidural scheduled for months! I drove an hour to this appointment only to be turned away because they got the wrong prior authorization. Dr. Kim stood in front of me with no emotion uncaring and said it's the insurance's fault. I use to work at a doctors office and when I did prior authorizations I always checked to make sure it matched so that way I didn't waste the patients time. Then he proceeded to say it was my doctors fault for writing the notes wrong! So what is it? Did my doctor mess up, is someone just not doing their job, or does Dr. Kim have so many patients he doesn't care about the individual. Needless to say I will not be back to Pine Hurst! I can't get my time and money back so thanks a lot! And I'm still in extreme pain!

Every appointment I feel like I am treated with Dignity and Respect. My Dr. Bradley Hicks is amazing. If there is a reacting and new pains he is quick to find solutions. The nursing staff are Amazing as well. They are always filled with fun and Laughter even Early in the morning

Since Dr. Corrigan retired, the office staff and office manager run the facility with no compassion or care for the patient. I have been going there for 15 years and I have seen patients cry and feel violated. I was short $5.00 for a payment. I told the rude secretary I would go to the car and pay her after my appointment. She treated me like a criminal and insisted I go to my car for the $5.00 . I was running late for my appointment and I was sick. With that said, I was angry with how she treated me and made some unflattering remarks. The office manager approached me , got in my face and said leave. She didn't want nto hear my side of how this secretary has no manners or social skills. All they care about is money. I am doing everything I can to pay my co-pay. Times are financially difficult and five dollars was no reason to insist I go back to my car for the money. She acted like I was lying and embarrassed me in the office. I would never go back to that money hungry office. The office manager is a power monster and made a fool of herself. I have to compliment Dr. Hicks. He is an angel 00 0

Dr. Kim is an excellent Dr. Other than that I have nothing positive to say about them. They try to undermind the Dr in front of you. The staff does not communicate and work well with the Dr. I was there yesterday and a pt was left alone in the middle of a treatment ans was yelling for help when she woke up. 3 people went running to the room and shortly after all 3 came out, YES they left the pt alone again. I have had issues with prescriptions being sent to the correct pharmacy. More than once! 08/28/2024 I would like to add that I asked the receptionist as to why was the pt and whoever accompanying the pt was coming out from the back but I was told due to Covid numbers I would not be able to go back with my husband......" Well they are both pts!".....then the women in the back proceeded to talk about me as if the windows and walls are thick and I can't hear them. So professional!
