“Horrible service, period. The receptionists have little to no knowledge on good service and don't even interact with patients well. My moms appointment was at 12:30. We went an hour earlier and we were taken to the room at 2:15 pm... Utter disregard for patient's time My mom couldn't go to work. Neither did dad. My whole day was spent there trying to get my mother to be seen. We finally couldn't wait anymore We left at 3:30 pm without being seen. Physicians really need to account for their patients lifestyle, demographics and more when taking the oath to care for them. He might be a good physician to be truthful. But he does not provide good service. I hope this post at least prepares you for the service you'll receive when you go. And I truly hope it's better.”

They are rude, unprofessional and went you all to speak with the manager they ignore you and make your wait till you just want to leave and not be bother. The aesthetician is the best of the best. If staff would take customer/ people service training from him it would greatly improve the experience.”

“I been going to Dr. Gopal/ Dr. Nigel for years and this is and will be the only only only pain management doctors office I will ever go to. These doctors are the best. I had a few incidents there but nothing I couldn't handle, but for the most part they are the best. Have controlled my pain. And the girls that work there are the best. Especially Ashley who use to work out of the Eastchester office presently working out or 1250 waters place. She is the best of beat. I think by now she should be manager because she knows a lot and she is very pleasant with the patient's. She goes out her way for the patient's. I will never ever go to another pain management doctor's ever !!!!”
