It took almost two months just to get an appointment, and when she finally arrived and prepared for her procedure, we were told it could not be done because her anticoagulant medication had not been reviewed beforehand. I was sent to them for pain management for 2 open surgeries & lung removed nerve damage, had a 3 way nerve block worked good wore off in 6 weeks not months as told.& they refused to help me get out of pain, my Sr couldn't by law cover me since I was in "pain management" my pain wasn't managed at all i was in pure hell!! Don't do it! You'll be left jn sich pain, the lady wouldnt even ask dr just said he wont take u as pain patient. I ALREADY WAS had nerve blocks done there so no other Dr could help since I was enrolled there. Total nightmare!!”

“Dr. Nyguen is a good doctor that dropped the ball on my need for a report I needed to continue my benefits from a horrible work-related injury in 2010 in N.Y. I lost my benefits because my attorney did NOT have up to date medical evidence they requested in JUNE 2025. The office staff that are the worst ever. In 69 years, I have never had to beg for help from any medical office. My case was heard today 9/26/25 I lost my case because of this office. Unfortunately, I am still tied to them because of a spine stimulator this doctor put into my body, This the same doctor that could not or would not provide up to date medical. NEVER should any person go to SIMED.”

“Unfortunately I agree with everyone else. Due to much red tape ( insurance not approving what I need) many days go by without releif. Also I was told this morning (friday) Dr won't even get my message till next Wednesday. Wow I called Thursday, so that's almost a week till the Dr. I saw even addresses the issue. Not acceptable”
