“The receptionist is unprofessional, doesn't listen, is condescending and rude. Most people at pain clinics don't want to be here and are in pain. Not listening and not addressing my questions is not good. Terrible customer service. The only other time I was here it was a similar experience. By the time I reached the procedure room, the Dr knew we "had words." I saw her make a comment to the nurse as I walked off so it traveled fast. I'll likely go to another facility if I can. She may just need coaching or perhaps she's just stressed herself. HOWEVER, the rest of the staff is excellent. Dr Ferns did a great job with my SI Injections and the NPs are also terrific. Grateful for them. Management: please talk to her.”

I complained, an investigation happened, and I was told my doctor requested something they don't do; why would they see me on a referral for services they don't provide? They didn't.
