Despite weekly calls to the office they have given me absolutely NO update other than, "the file is being reviewed." How terribly shameful for this to be the response for patient-centered care. DON'T do it.”

“Dr Leano is a Very caring doctor she asks me how I'm doing and is genuine when asking that. She asks me all the time how she can help my pain. I live in chronic pain every single day, but the last few months I've been emotionally and physically exhausted! The past few months my legs have been in a lot more pain. Probably because I'm overwhelmed and stressed and stress and anxiety make my pain level so much worse. She is a very busy doctor but when she comes in to my room she is focused on me and asks lots of questions and gives suggestions on how to find joy in the midst of this hell that I call Lyme disease there is no cure and she does her best to make sure my pain is less. I'm grateful to her. After loosing my primary doctor of 15 years she is now the only one that I feel truly cares about her patients.”
