I've been a patient of Dr. Patel and Dr. Cahill for years, even before retiring from the military. They've always gone above and beyond to provide care with compassion and expertise. Their goal is genuinely to help you heal and reduce your need for ongoing treatment whenever possible. The entire staff is polite, professional, and attentive. I've never had trouble getting in touch with someone when needed, and they always take the time to listen--not just to your symptoms, but also to your preferences and concerns regarding treatment. Thanks to their care, I was able to receive a spinal cord stimulator, which has drastically reduced my need for further pain management. “If you have applied for disability and have been denied, Dr. Patel's record keeping is what helped get approved with my case. For over two years, I had no income, no health coverage and was bounced from doctor to doctor, with no diagnosis or pain relief. Eventually, my neurologist, stating he couldn't help me, referred me to Dr. Patel, who, recently, opened a new practice with another doctor. Meeting with Dr. Patel was the best referral I have ever received!! He listened to my story, reviewed my records and, knowing I was a cash patient, charged me reasonable fees and referred me to an affordable radiologist. He submitted a Pharmaceutical DNA test (unsure of the proper term), which I recommend to anyone needing pain management, and was able to provide me with the proper medication for my treatment. The test, also, noted the medication I had been taking for pain will not work for me. Once the radiology reports came in, Dr. Patel was able to connect all the issues and I, finally, began to have some relief. Dr. Patel is kind, considerate, friendly, gentle and top notch in his field of medicine. He has, since, opened a practice of his own, with an awesome staff. I have had no issues with his new practice. Everyone is professional, friendly and kind. I am always seated in a room upon my arrival. The injections are near painless, for me. I never have problems getting my medications on time, nor have I ever had any billing or scheduling issues. They are, definitely, worth a call!”
