(Zero star) NOT WORTH THE 2 MONTH WAIT TIME, At my very first appt. I met with Dr. Hewan-lowe and her first question to me was, "what makes you think these are migraines?" Well after 100's of doctors visit from the past 25 years for migraines pretty much let's me know, I have 2 types of migraines- cluster and tension. I was referred to PM for treatment for SC spine due to my ongoing pain. My appt was at 1230, she walked in 5 after 1 and (HAD NOT READ ANY OF MY MEDICAL HISTORY NOTES TO PREPARE FOR MY APPTS) to even begin to familiarize herself with my extensive documented medical records. SHE MESSED UP MY PRESCRIPTIONS by forgetting to send one over and the other one was an entirely different muscle relaxer that makes me drowsy. Dr Hewan-low would not let me finish a sentence when asking me medical history questions, claiming she has "other patients" that deserve their time as well. An absolute disgrace and waste of 2 months waiting for her to treat you like a piece of paper she can simply write off. I would not recommend this place to anyone I cared about. She even told me she wasn't doing my normal Botox injections for migraines when everyone was hyping the Self regional Pain management up like yeah they can do a ALL the injections but THAT WAS FALSE, ANDERSON IS THE NEXT CLOSET PLACE FOR HELP, don't waste your time waiting on Dr Huwan-lowe

The place sucks. They need to close the doors. Been going here over a year now and still have not received any help. You can't get anyone to answer the phone and when you do you can't get an appointment for at least another month or two. They referred me to PSYCHIATRY which made me feel like they think my pain is all in my head. ITS VERY REAL. Do not recommend this place at all complete joke

Would leave zero stars if I could. They must make a lot of money from the injections because they try to force that on you as your only option. The doctor (LaTourette) has no bedside manner or personality and doesn't seem to care about proper patient care. Will be filing a complaint with the medical board and definitely NEVER going back.

My experience with pain management is a good working relationship. You have to put in the work, follow advice, etc. Update: After going to pain management for a year, getting injections, pain medication, I was told I could no longer get pain meds due to an "anxiety medication" I had been taking for years, and was on my chart. They, in turn, prescribed liquid cough suppressant for me, a person with COPD. My family physician is concerned about bone loss in my hip, and with nothing left for me with the exception of cortisone injections, I feel as if I've been let down by an office that is supposed to offer pain management, but has only given me 1 option to "manage" my pain.
