“I had the best experience having a cervical epidural. The staff was very courteous and professional. Karen, Ed, Monet( I apologize if I mispelled), Kim, Shawna and of course Dr. Clinefelter! The process from check in to recovery went seamlessly. I had a few questions post procedure and Dr. Clinefelter called to check on me himself which is almost unheard of today. This is old fashioned medicine at its finest, all of these wonderful people are kind and caring. “Have been seeing Dr. Clinefelter for over 6 years. He has a wonderful personality and has helped my pain tremendously, considering the fact that my back is a total mess. I'm not pain free,but he has the pain to where it's 80% better than it was. He listens to what I have to say,then gives me a choice as to what I want to do. I can't believe how much better things are pain wise since I've been seeing him. You can't expect things to be instantly better. These things take time. You have to give the injections and treatment time to work.”

“Edited to add update... I eventually got a diagnosis thru a different team. 4 years of pain until finally getting answers. Clinefelter was WRONG. I didn't have to accept that there was no option & I had to learn to live with pain. Original review: Met with him once. Did the consultation in a treatment room instead of office so was charged a lot extra. It automatically coded me as an outpatient at the hospital. All he wanted to do was radio frequency ablation. Once I told him I already did that and it didn't work he was rude & said no one could help me. However, I was referred there for trigger point injections. He did not even exam me but sent me back to my doctor saying neither he nor I could find the points. Completely unethical to give false information back to the referring doctor. You will get bill from hospital $234 for him using their treatment room & he will charge you a separate bill for an additional $375 just to be turned away.”

“Dr. Clinefelter is rude and very opinionated. He does not allow the patient to speak; he is interruptive. It is his way or the highway. He does not communicate with other doctors. I would not recommend him to anyone.”
