“Sorry if this is long... Today was my first time in Dr Taylor's office and I don't ever wanna go anywhere else!! I have had severe lower back pain for 4.5 years. I have had 1 surgery on my L4/L5 for a herniated disk 3 years ago. Since then it's been hard to find a doctor who not only takes me seriously (I'm a 30 year old female who often gets told I'm too young to have the serious back issues that I have). From the moment I walked into their office the staff greeted me and were super nice and friendly, the nurse who took me back to the room was extremely kind and sympathetic and really listened to what I have gone thru the last almost 5 years and communicated with me like I was family even tho I had never been seen there before. Then in came Dr Taylor... and I have NEVER been seen by a doctor who actually took the time to LISTEN to me and what I've had done and what I've been going thru and experiencing like he did without rushing thru the appointment to get to the next patient. He was super friendly and talked to me like a friend and even took the time to educate me more on my MRI scans and pinpointed which of my discs are causing which issues I'm experiencing (I now have 2 bulging discs L4/L5 & L5/S1). He showed me demonstrations on how my last epidural was done (elsewhere) and how this one will be done differently to better help with the nerve pain I'm experiencing. I am blown away with the care I received today. Best experience I have EVER had in ANY Dr office setting. The compassion that this office has for their patients is out of this world. I thanked them all, but words cannot express how much it truly meant to be seen and HEARD and immediately have a plan set to help me. I am so grateful for this office and the way they treated me during my visit. 20/10 would recommend!!! I am confident when I say I finally feel like I'm in good hands and look forward to being their new patient.”

“This review is about my only treatment so far by Dr. Taylor. I have chronic, spine and sciatic issues and it did take me almost a month of enduring severe pain before I could get in to see him. That is my only complaint. I finally got in and he scheduled an epidural for 2 days later. The staff at Ball Outpatient Surgery was good. Dr Taylor's treatment was fantastic. He came to see me before the procedure, reviewed everything and even chatted with me. When it was my turn, I was whisked into the surgery theater and he explained everything he was doing. I have had four previous epidurals and endured various levels of pain, even with an anesthetic infusion. Based on his assurances, I opted to go with local anesthesia only. I was nervous, but he did a fantastic job. There was no terrible pain and only mild discomfort that lasted seconds. I was so happy I opted to go without and IV. I would gladly do this again as long as he is the one doing it. He also does minimally invasive surgery of which I am a big believer. He showed me an option for a more long-term solution, should I need it. At this point, I am very pleased and will put my faith in him going forward.”

“I love Dr Taylor wish I could use him and his staff for all my medical issues. The Spine surgeon gave up on me said my fusion is healed and sent me back to Dr Taylor who already tried an epidural after the fusion that didn't help but the spine surgeon says nothing is wrong he wanted Dr Taylor to put in a pain stimulator. Dr Taylor could but he agreed there's something wrong and sending me to another surgeon.”

“I started seeing Dr Taylor around 2009/2010 because of some nerve damage from a back surgery. He listened to my problem's and pain issues and set me up with the pain stimulator. It has helped me exceptionally well and was a life changer. I would recommend him to anyone and now both of my parents are seeing him with back issues and also my father in law.
