“The moment I walked in, my NEWELY potty trained three year old son who is on the spectrum asked to use the bathroom so I asked the receptionist if it was okay to run him very quickly ( as I don't want him to backtrack on potty training) and she LAUGHED and said quickly you should be signing in right now. Mind you it was 2 minutes PRIOR to our arrival time. Regardless that was unnecessary as my son is very quick with the bathroom. If you have to go you have to go . Extremely disappointed by the continuous nasty behavior of these workers in this place!! To the older lady at the front desk in glasses , SHAME ON YOU . Luckily I have changed my ways and was the bigger person where normally I would say something about shitty attitude, which I'm still feeling I should as my son's mother and voice. -update , the surgical team and nurses were beyond sweet and so helpful. They helped me with my baby when he was completely inconsolable. The surgery doctor was very kind and explained everything well. The anesthesia doctor explained everything perfectly and was very nice. Overall the surgery was a success. And in regards to the front desk woman I had spoke to someone about that and they apologized on her behalf even though I said it was not necessary as they did nothing wrong, but it was handled very appropriately and hopefully she was spoke to about her demeanor .”

“There are definitely team A,B and C quality wise, and we experienced all the three. I received a paper stating that I have to call the Center a day prior to the surgery between 12.20-3pm or I lost my spot. I called at 12.45. I was TOLD OFF, so rude. As if I was interrupting the lady and made her life miserable. The day of the surgery at the recovery room, the nurse couldn't wait to kick us out from the bed. It made me think that we were paying the bed by the minute and we were past our time allowance. My son, he is 4, this was his first experience to be under full anaesthesia, we didn't know how he was going to react after or how much time after, he needed to wake up. The nurse didn't give him time to wake up. Not at all. It was so offensive. I wrapped my son in our blanket to get out since this facilities couldn't wait for us. I am very disappointed with the service rendered. I told our dentist, we wish he has a better facility to go to. Because this experience was just awful. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Sadly I was not the only one with this experience. This place is supposed to render care, care is the one you lack of.”

“What are these people paid to 2? 2 staff members were doing laps for 2 hours while I was waiting for surgery. The other staff members didn't provide updates unless I asked. If something's running behind isn't it common courtesy to let someone know!?”
