My wife's health needs were extremely well met. Our child's needs exceeded. The level and knowledge and confidence they exhibited was refreshing for a first time father. “I gave birth to my precious baby girl earlier this month at the L&D here, I couldn't have asked for better medical staff to have cared for me and my baby! It was more of a hotel stay than anything! Everyone was so sweet, caring, attentive, and respectful! Thank you Hailey, Jennifer, Jen, Kelly, and everyone who I haven't mentioned due to baby brain who was a part of my labor and after care! “I needed medical care at around midnight. When I arrived, understandably, there was no delay. The staff were courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, I had to return to the emergency room 2 days later. That visit was around noon and yes, I had a short wait in the waiting room. Once again, after a short wait, I received courteous and professional service. I'm writing this from home now, thinking about how grateful I am to have the Saratoga Hospital Emergency Room and their excellent staff available.”
