“I called this office a month ago to set up an appointment for my mother-in-law who just moved here from Pennsylvania, I let the lady know she has had a pain doctor the past few years in Pittsburgh and they sent me an email. I filled out all of their required info online gave explanations sent medical records and called back a week later they told me they received them and I wanted to make sure the appointment was still on. They said yes, I explained to them. My mother-in-law is on methadone and gabapentin for pain because of the extreme pain that she's in, she is 81 years old and this is the regiment that has been working for her, and the lady I spoke with said that wouldn't be a problem. I did have to cancel an appointment a week prior and reschedule which I did a few days before the appointment and explain to them. There was an emergency, and they rescheduled it for The following week. Fast-forward to a month later the day before her appointment., The office staff calls and tells me that they were gonna have to cancel her appointment because the doctor felt that he wasn't a good fit for her, and I said you mean it took you a month to tell me that, she's gonna be out of pain medicine pretty soon and her old pain doctors in Pittsburgh and she said sorry that's all I can tell you, I said can you explain to me why? She said no I cannot, so now I'm on the search for another pain doctor because my mother-in-law will be out of her pain medicine and she can't tolerate the pain she's in without it. I think this office is very unprofessional and does not care about the patients. It is my honest opinion that they cancel people who are on Medicare or don't have the money The other insurance companies do. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time scheduling at this place!”

“I went there for 13 years. Always felt uncomfortable. Like they have you by the balls. I've been drug tested many times over 13 years. I don't do drugs....all of a sudden I got a bad drug test. No explanation. No help. no advice.just dumped me from the program after all them years. When you go into the bathroom to pee in a cup. You put it in a metal box. There is always 4 or 5 other samples anyone has axes to. Very poor system. I believe mine was tampered with. Anyone can swap out there pee with someone else's. So much for cearing and compassion.”

Then did not offer me a reason as to why he wouldn't treat me. Other than he is choosing not to see me. Even though I have a folder full of mri, x-ray, and documents.”
