“Really surprised at all the negative reviews I've been a patient since 2011/2012 from Tampa and now Sarasota. Although I had one dr at the waldemere office I wasn't crazy about once I moved to the office in Lakewood ranch I've been happy. Dr. Goel has done many successful procedures on me and the front office staff are super sweet. I've had issues with pharmacies not getting orders or dealing with pre authorization on certain medications but outside of that it's all great. Never a long wait in office . When I ask for modifications to medication and for imaging or injections they accommodate me. Also on a side note Amy is amazing and makes me feel heard. I'm having major knee surgery and have felt super overwhelmed with my recovery time and she listens to me and makes plans based on what I actually need. As a side note I should mention this is not a "pill mill" they advocate for safe opioid use which is in our best interest . I wish I didn't need medication at all but I went off a bridge in my car many years ago and it's taken a toll on me . Even that being said I take the lowest dose medication possible knowing I'll likely need something for the rest of my life I don't want to build up a tolerance so high I have to take massive amounts of medication to control the pain. I hope if you are taking these medications you do so responsibly.”

“Well they won't see me as a patient there and basically insinuated that I was a drug addict funny though the same 60 pills they gave me back in September I've got about 55 of them left yeah I'm a big drug addict freaking hilarious!!! I just wanted help controlling my pain and they couldn't even offer that instead they offered for me to go see somebody else thanks! I'll be sure not to recommend you to anybody and if they ask my opinion I'll be sure to tell them the truth. I should have known when you were making everybody wear mask in the office when it wasn't even mandatory, which mandatory doesn't even mean it's law. But if we didn't wear a mask you wouldn't see us ridiculous it's not even a regular physician it's just pain management!!! The weird thing is is about a year ago I was seeing this doctor and everything was fine until I saw his assistant whoever she is Then they had to have a meeting and decided that I could no longer be their patient I guess y'all did me a favor maybe now I'll actually get somebody who can help me! Because this pain is ridiculous and it's hard to function some days but I will wait till I'm practically dying before I will take a pain pill so there there's that!!! Good luck to your practice and I will be praying for you!!! God knows you need it!!! Because the way you treat your patience is not very humble.”

“Dr. Goel doesn't care about his patients plain and simple! I have a hernia and degenerative disease and arthritis, he took me off my pain meds and didn't prescribe anything else after seeing him for two years. I'm in serious pain and he and his staff dismiss it, time to find a doctor that genuinely cares for their patients!! Definitely DO NOT recommend his practice by any means possible.”

“This is the worst place ever. I went there for pain they prescribed me medication. About three hours later I call Walgreens asking if they received the prescription they said no so I called back the pain relief center explained to the lady that Walgreens is saying that they haven't received the prescription keep in mind this is 3 hours later. She goes off on me telling me oh well obviously it hasn't been sent yet. Just disrespectful The whole process just didn't make sense. so the next day I call Walgreens an still haven't received the prescription. Had to call back the pain management again the lady tells me the manager will contact me. Long story short i had to go to another doctor. I WOULD NEVER GO BACk OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THIS PLACE”
