“Well all I can say is I have been seeing Dr Diaz Ramirez for a year after seeing 5 plus different doctors for chronic pain over 15 years. First her staff has treated me like family. Kind, caring, compassionate. I have never waited over 10 minutes over appointment time. She is as good as it gets doing procedures of any kind. I had a cervical epidural with just a local no anesthesia and no pain at all and good result. She is great! Helen-Elena Emegbagha is also the best, kind gets to the cause and treats your pain with proper procedure. I have nothing but the best to say about both of these great health providers. If you are in pain and looking for help and not just a pill these two are great, yes I said it again but I have Hurt , I'm 100% disabled seen others, some I wish I had not, others good but none better than Dr Ramirez and ARNP H E Emegbagha. I have seen my family member cry for hours due to no communication from the office, lack of filling scripts at a reasonable time, the Doctors randomly not showing up to their job. My family member, who is legally disabled, not being able to get the accurate care she needs is bad. They do not read the chart, they educate rather than share empathy. Do I need to say more?”
