“My wife was recently a patient of this practice. In my professional career, I must say that I have never been more disappointed. My wife will be having pain pump surgery and Dr. Kundi was selected as the pain management physician to service this Medtronics device. Awaiting the preliminary punture test, she was given a patch to relieve her pain. The original dosage needed to be increased. Five days post administration, she began exhibiting negative reactions necessitating hospital intervention. One day prior to admission, I called the office to request a brief consult on a first available basis. I made 4 additional phone requests during her 4 day hospital stay. Neither Dr. Kundi or his PA returned my call even after I spoke with the practice prior-authorization manager who stated that she had made an "urgent request" to both Dr. Kundi and his PA. I realize that others have submitted strong reviews for this physician and practice and I'm happy that their quality of care has warranted such a response. However, my wife and I can not report the same level of support. We have since moved my wife's care to another pain management practice in Carmel. Dr. Delbert W Jarman”
