“What a rip off. This practice will not even call you back when you leave a detailed message with their 800 number. I spoke with a real human and they assured me I would get a callback. Bullshit. Went in to the office to complain that nerve pain in my leg was worsening daily. They scheduled a Epidural steroid shot for 30 days after reading my MRI. I still have over a week to wait for that appt. Called to request something for the nerve pain. They do not prescribe even non-narcotic medications over the phone. So you need to make an in person appt. so they can get another 80 dollar copay. What a racket. Sorry that the lady at the front desk felt the wrath of my anger at the time, but she must already know that this is their MO. If you want decent care in a reasonable time frame "Do not use Releivus. They absolutely do not put the patient first. Just the Copays.”

“He recently provided a bilateral steroid shot into my lumbar spine. Unfortunately, I was not informed how painful the shot would be so I did not get anesthesia. He was less than sympathetic, and gave me very little warning as to when the shots were going to go in. I had a very poor experience with him, and while he may be good at what he does, his personality lacks, the compassion you want in a doctor . I will definitely be seeing someone else the next time.”
