“The staff including the Dr himself were very rude regarding our insurance and Health reimbursement account. I was told the night before my appt I needed to pay $886 up front because I have a high deductible account. I told the billing woman, Dee dee, that we had an HRA that would be paying them directly. They refused that information and said that is not accurate even tho it absolutely is and how we have been doing it with every other doctor for the last 2 years. 1 month late and I find out my HRA did indeed pay them for my visit, so now they have been paid twice. But you cannot get through to their office to receive reimbursement. They refuse to return phone calls and refuse to pay you back. I will never recommend this doctors office again. Especially since Dr. Salerno argued with my husband about how our insurance works when he clearly has absolutely no idea. He is obviously only in this for the money.”
