“Had an.appt.yesterday. I checked.in at 10:50. Appt was at 11 am. Waited 33 min before I had to ask about my appt. Miss Ashley, was rude once again. I put up with her last year, she yelled at me on phone, she has hung up on me and when ask about them getting my medical records, she plainly told.me that's not her dept. I have spoken with other patients there and they to have a bad opinion of her and her mouth. Needless to say I left. I'll go somewhere else. Ashley you have no experience with people. You are rude, you lie. Period”

Listen to what problems your having. And when I have my back issues done they have me laughing which relaxes me while procedure is going on. !! Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely awful. They forgot to schedule my mom's surgery. They forgot to run her insurance. They forgot to schedule her follow up after surgery. They forgot to schedule to get her staples removed. I've had to call do everything myself. The people who work here should be ashamed.”

“Dr. Saldanha is great. His staff is horrible. After cleaning 2' of snow from my car, I get there and they were closed without calling me to let me know. Now I get a $225 bill two months after my appointment and have had two more appointments, which will be another $225 each. We were not informed that this was treated as outpatient surgery and therefore have a higher copay. I'd gone for simple cortisone shots. Now we owe $675 in 2 months on a fixed income and the smart alec administrator says they'll send it to collections if we make small payments.”
