“Honestly I'm so frustrated with this clinic. It took over two months for them to respond to my primary physician's referral. They cancelled my first appointment. Got in once and the treatment worked great. Finally after dealing with chronic back pain there's an answer! And then they go and cancel my second appointment...and reschedule it for a month out from that. Why am I being punished for their inability to manage their schedule? Then I get a call - they canceled THAT appointment and now I've got to wait another month. And I can't just get on a last minute appointment cancellation list, I have to plan around this for work. I'll be reaching out to my primary to see if there are other places to get this treatment. This is unacceptable. Patients who are seeking this care are doing so because they have debilitating pain. Based on the success of my one and only treatment, I could've been pain free within a month. Instead I've being strung on for half a year and my pain has only gotten worse. What a joke.”

“After my referral, it took over 2 months until they could see me, and the scheduling itself was about 5 weeks before they could even discuss getting me on the calendar. I was ready to trash these guys, like quite a few of the others here, but things changed for me when I actually came in for my appt. It started with reception as they were friendly and personable. Also, the medical assistant, Corina, was genuine and a great representative for St. Als. But, the highlight was Dr. Williams himself. Dr. Williams walked me through, in detail, my MRI, my options, and then answered all of my questions in a very professional and compassionate way. I felt like he guinuinely cared, and his kindness and passion for what he does was evident in everything he said and did. While their staffing shortages and scheduling experience was trying, the actual care from the front desk on, was exceptional.
