I was having to leave town the next week and the scheduling went above and beyond slip me in to the schedule to get the job done the day I was initially contacted. I rushed from Lander to Riverton and was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. I was sent to an equally admissions clerk and was promptly checked in. The great radiology staff fit me into their schedule and performed the task with a helpful, compassionate, and professional demeanor. I could not have hoped for more. Thank you”

“Thursday Oct 16 2025 I was a walk-in patient for a foot x-ray arranged by my primary physician. I arrived about noon and was admitted by a friendly and polite receptionist. I went to the radiology waiting room was checked in by another friendly and polite lady. After a short wait I was escorted to the exam room by an equality friendly and polite nurse. I was asked if I could place my foot on the table and plate while sitting in my walker. I agreed and was x-rayed with no problems. I went home feeling fine. I have neuropathy in both lower legs and feet and have no feeling in either. An hour or so after I got home, I had a uncomfortable feeling in the lower leg (right) that had been x-rayed. I removed my shoe and sock and saw a large red and purple mark from just above the ankle down to most of the foot. There was no suck mark before the x-ray. It looked and felt much like a mild burn. I was surprised to find that I had some feeling in that area for the first time in several years. Today ( 18-Oct 2025 ) Saturday the mark is less noticeable and the leg is feeling better. I feel this was caused by the way my leg was positioned. My leg was in contact with equipment in the room and the mark begins were the contact occurred. I do know if there is any damage to tissue but I will have primary examine it at my Tuesday appointment. UPDATE: I was contacted by the director of radiology. We discussed the incident and I was satisfied that the problem was not caused by the hospital staff or equipment. My primary phycian explained that my low blood platelet count had caused the bruise and the skin color has since returned to normal.”

“Mixed review. First, I was at Lander campus. MRI technician was awesome...explained everything and was personable. Check-in at admissions was also great. However, my doctor is still waiting for the results of the MRI...not pleased that it is taking so long (over 2 weeks so far).”
