“This doctor has no empathy or sense of urgency towards patients with increased pain after a procedure he performed on my back! Wants me to schedule another appointment because he has no idea what the next steps are for me. When I emailed for additional information, my questions were not responded to until I repeated them in another email. When I called the office a woman told me I need to get another MRI because the last one was over one year old. It isn't. I just had it April 16, 2024. Then they asked if I had an infection. Seems that should have been asked prior to the procedure. & I do not have an infection unless that was caused by the failed procedure. Not going back to see Bansal or anyone at Castle Orthopedics.”
