“My wife was referred to Dr Shue for spinal stenosis pain...during the initial visit the dr suggested a shot and thought she should purchase the drs.book, is that ethical? Days later she administered a shot and since then has had worse pain than before. She attempted to reach dr and no one returned her calls until days later. She was then seen by a PA ( not the dr), who immediately without any hesitation suggested she see a surgeon she recommended for back surgery and prescribed a heavy pain medication. The surgeon after reviewing her scan saw no reason for surgery and suggested PT as well as a chiropractor. My wife has repeatedly attempted to contact Dr Shue and has not received the curtesy of a return call.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pain clinic. I went to see Dr. Shue for CRPS and was prescribed Pregabalin, Unfortunately, the medication did not help at all. When I went for my follow-up, her Nurse Practitioner completely brushed me off, saying they couldn't help me. I do not understand how this clinic claims to be a "pain specialist" when they offer no solutions or support for complex chronic pain conditions like CRPS. Very frustrating and disheartening experience. I would not recommend this practice.”
