“I dislike leaving a less than stellar review because I really appreciate Dr. Diaz and NP Fastner. Dr. Diaz has done a great job with the injections I have gotten and NP Fastner is fantastic. She is very compassionate and figured out a way to best utilize my medications and I'm always seen in a timely manner. They would get five stars. However, it is very frustrating that it is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. You are only able to leave a message and in my experience, no one calls you back. When you go, they have you sign their cancellation policy, but I don't see how they can possibly enforce that if you can't actually speak to someone when you need to reschedule. I have worked in and dealt with many doctor's offices and have never seen one where you can't speak to someone on the phone. I would just go to the office but I'm out of town and frankly, you shouldn't have to do that. I would happily leave five stars if it weren't for the phone situation and they found a better way to address their patient's needs.”
