What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Dr. Hijazi is a kind, knowledgeable doctor who listens carefully and comes up with a plan to help. In my case I had spinal stenosis for years and was only able to stand/walk for 6 minutes maximum. He suggested the MILD proceedure and after having that done I can now stand/walk for 1 hour 30 minutes with no pain. Going to Dr Hijazi was one of the best things I ever did for myself. I only wish I had come sooner as this has been life changing for me.”

“If I could leave no stars i absolutely would. It started the very first day I walked into their facility and the assistant to the doctor came in with no files of mine or anything and came into my room ready to treat me for back pain. I had to quickly correct him and say no, I'm here for left knee pain and a mri that shows arthritis and medial meniscus tear. He quickly tried to cover his tracks and apologized for the mix up. He then started me on tramadol 1.5 mg as needed as well as a muscle relaxer. Everything was going great until one appointment he mentions that on my last drug test (drug tests are mandatory with this facility which wasn't a problem at all) it did not show that I had tramadol in my system which I was very confused about at the time because I know I take my medication as needed and that's it. Well The front desk ladies mentioned that it's easiest if you take a pill when you first get your script and set it aside Until the day before your appointment take one so that you don't have to worry about it in the future so that is EXACTLY what I did and have been doing And the results ended up being fine for two more months Until today when I went in there, he said that my urine from last month showed I didn't have any in my system And because of that he was going to have to release me from their facility. I am just dumbfounded and confused at this point because I know I have done everything that they have asked me to do. first of all if they think I am miss using or selling my medications. Why on earth would give me another 30 days to "not leave me hanging" And if I'm taking my medication the night before a scheduled appointment, how is it not showing up in my urine. Well, I did some digging and I am on 1.7 mg of Wegovy And when I talk to my other doctor that prescribes Wegovy, she said that It does have Delayed absorption: The primary effect is a physical delay in how quickly oral medications reach the small intestine where most absorption happens. This means the medication might take longer to work or its peak effectiveness might shift. . I explained this to my doctors and to the front desk receptionist, and they did not seem to care as I was already discharged from their facility. I then asked for my actual doctor and not the assistant to get a hold of me as well as the manager so that I could go over this with them and I did not receive a call. I have a few issues with this facility... One being that if they thought I was miss using my medication's, why on earth would they give me another 30 days? And second, why do I have to take a narcotic medication the day before my appointment even if it's not needed just to prove to them that I am taking it ? That then tells me that they want me taking narcotics more than I already have to. And the last thing ..I really really did my due diligence with this office because I take my pain very seriously and medications that I'm taking, I always ask them what I could do to make sure this didn't happen. I listen to what they said, and took a pill, even if it wasn't needed the day before like they said to just so that this wouldn't happen and it happened anyways. It's a shame that their process takes out patients that actually do the right things with medication and actually need help with chronic pain. I looked up these reviews before I went here, and I really should've listened to them because this place is awful and their processes need to be updated asap. Also, when I asked for the paperwork from the lab where it said that I tested negative for tramadol, on that paper, it did show that I tested positive for tramadol. It was just a very low amount and that still wasn't good enough for them. I am now seeking a different place because I believe that making a patient take a medication even when it's not needed just to pass a test is WRONG And even after doing what they said, I was still punished. Please save yourself stress and do not come here”

“I really enjoy the experience today. When I came to your office. Everyone was so nice and so kind to me. I did not feel at a place or anything like that. Everybody tweeted me very special, and that was a good experience for me. Thank you very much for your time and your very professional attitude.”
