“The staff never return calls. So far I've left 5 messages requesting my records needed for an upcoming surgery. No one has returned my calls. Their voice message warns you NOT to call more than necessary or else your care will be hindered!! Dr Daniels tried pushing a device that I didn't want. After saying no to the device, I felt his demeanor changed toward me. I'm still trying to get my records from that office! I would never recommend this office to anyone.”

“Dr. Daniel is very thorough. He had questions about my MRI so he referred me to a spine surgeon. After the spine surgeon verified what Dr. Daniel suspected he moved forward with my treatment plan. Dr. Daniel has an excellent bedside manner and he listens to important information offered to him by his patient concerning past issues that could be pertinent to current conditions and pays attention. He also asks questions to determine the best outcome. I highly recommend him.”

“Dr. Daniel is amazing!!! But his staff in the Aiken office does not answer the phone or return phone calls. I have been trying to get a prescription sent over to my insurance for a 3 month supply (it needs a doctor preauthorization first) and it is impossible to get them to do this for me. Either the front staff is not passing the information over to Dr. Daniel to get this done properly or he isn't willing do get it done. Either way, I cannot get them to return my phone calls or answer the phone. Again, Dr. Daniel is awesome! He will sit down with you to listen what you have to say. But the front staff needs to do better.”
