“Impossible! If you are a private practice that is out of pocket, you need to be more customer friendly, which this practice is not. You book a $450 'appointment' which is a sales call, for the offer a $2500 PRP injection and $150 per follow up appointment. Then when you try to book, the office is closed one day, she only does follow ups one day, she is in court one day, she leaves by 1 this day, so it better fit into your 15 minutes they offer you. Horrible customer service. Lots of better options for PRP out there.”
