“Dr Navarro, with all due respect you should feel ashamed for so many bad reviews. I was her patient for 5 years, and I repeatedly tolerated a lack of professional ethics on the part of the doctor, and some of her workers. In my personal experience, those who attended the front desk and the person in charge of insurance collections treated the patient with very little respect, including Dr. Navarro, who demanded a new referral from my primary doctor after 5 years of treatment. When I finally got the new referral, Dr. Navarro denied me care because she said that she didn't have any treatment for me, that it would be better for me to look for another doctor. And I called them repeatedly to try to solve that because I live with a lot of pain, and I need to return to my treatments but for this Dr, her patients are just a sign of money $$”

“UPDATED: Reported to the medical board and Sharp. PLEASE REROUTE YOUR REFERRAL!! Receptionist Erica and Manager Carmen were completely unprofessional and extremely rude when attempting to schedule a 1st time appt. At some point the receptionist denied medical care after going back and forth with me about basic intake questions. Manager answered the phone yelling, "YES??!" with attitude. Horrible clinic and can't imagine how they treat their patients.”

“Yep, others who have mentioned rude staff are on point. Wife went in and they took $65 of our money in addition to the insurance for a "consult" which consisted of "if your knee doesn't hurt now, come back when it does." She says the doctor seemed nice but a doctor's office experience is 90% with the support staff We will not return. I will be contacting SHARP health plan and Sharp Community Medical Group to complain about this office. These patients are in pain and likely, in a desperate financial situation. We do not need organizations like this robbing them and making access to care difficult.”

“This will be the 2nd time I have brought my mom here to this Doctor. The staff is very rude and very unprofessional. We forgot my moms medications and the receptionist helping us is acting as if we just ruined her day. She is the very same receptionist that help us check in the first time we came here. My mom is very sick and weak. And has constant pain shooting up her back and legs. She moves very slow but tries her best to get around and I know that the staff can see that but are still very rude. I will be looking for another Doctor for my mom.”
