“I can not speak for the doctor himself, however the women at the front desk needs customer service training. Dealing with patients that have cancer, it is important to have some decency. The woman at the front was extremely rude to my mother. We were having a hard time finding the office and called the front desk- no answer. When we arrived we asked if there were people that answered the phone to which the lady replied in a nasty tone "we have 5." So if there were five people why was the call for directions not answered? If someone would have picked up the phone I would have arrived on time. I arrived 12 minutes late and the woman had my mother wait 30 minutes before finally telling her she had to reschedule for being late. The rescheduling is not so much an issue as the horrendous attitude problem. If you want to be treated with compassion then you can skip this spot. We will not be returning. Train your employees on how to deal with patients with illnesses, extremely disappointing. Kindness goes a long way.”
