“1:00 pm appointment. 12:45 pm arrival requirement - arrived before 12:45. At 1:55, I asked "How much longer"? Answer: "Very soon, you're next". At 2:15, I informed the nurse that I was leaving and the doctor's time is important, but I am out of time. I was then informed that it would "only be another 30 minutes to be seen by Dr B". He then came out of his office and spent about 15 minutes for a very unacceptable consultation ( the purpose of my appointment). This is very unacceptable for me. No way would I become a monthly patient of ISpine under these conditions. I left. Will not return and I am sending my printed pain med prescription back to him . How much sand can your colon hold?!!”
