“I saw so many great reviews about this doctor and his bed side manner but this was not my experience. He was condescending and absolutely hates chiropractors. He would ask me a questions and then try correcting each of my answers. He told me my chiro was just going to give me arthritis in my spine and had many other outdated viewpoints on them. He pitched one of the more invasive procedures for my pain before offering any kind of medication options for swelling and nerve issues, physical therapy or any other less invasive procedure. I left feeling belittled, confused and frustrated.”

“From the beginning the good Dr.Jones was not forthcoming in consultation &/or what to expect in any way shape or form as was his staff upon my repeated efforts to become informed. I canceled the July "surgery aka injections" as I couldn't get any information about anything...no names, no consultation of what to expect. I pursued, as my pain is beyond bearable....finally got information & rescheduling of surgery aka injections for Monday morning, Oct.30, 2023. Finally that very day; upon final outcome of presurgical consultation for injections, this good Dr.Jones dug his thumb in very forcfully upon the very spot @ right side base of my skull where severe head wound is located, causing horrible exacerbated wound injury to which I cried out in horrible painful reaction. He simply walked out of the consultation room then repeated this again 15 minutes later when I was on my stomach on surgical table. I cried out in great raging pain both times to no avail. The following injections gave an shock type of partial relief lasting well under 2hours, with huge exacerbated pain levels introducing themselves from double repeat acts of gouging into my wound area. End result, I now have far more pain than I ever had before. This guy is, at best; a sadist to be avoided. Then Friday, Nov.10, I received an additional hidden fee of $225.00 co-pay "for facility use" ...THIS, after being reassured my insurance covers EVERYTHING, that I would have no bills, no co-pays due. This guy is a RIP-OFF at very best case scenario. He was wearing his street shoes in the surgery area as were his assistants...no paper slip ons which I had been instructed to wear the paper slip ons into the surgery arena to keep it sterile. He had crud stuck on the bottom of his left sneaker (his sneakers were blue). This "good Dr. Rodney L. Jones" needs his license revoked. He assaulted me twice via forcefully digging his thumb into what was already a burning redhot poker area of severe head wound resulting in exacerbation that has NOT lessened.”
