“I have been going here for a few years, but after the experience I had last week at this office , I will not be back. Myself and a few other patients , we're sitting in the waiting room when the receptionist told us to go home and do a telehealth. This is the second time this has happened. They never call in my scripts , they do not return phone calls and now they are scheduling and then sending us home. Why? This is by far negligent and myself and another patient that was in the waiting room have reported this to the board of health. I now get to take time out of my day to find a new doctor because I will never go back to this one. I hope the new Dr I see has integrity and consistency. Do NOT waste your time and insurance on this Dr. It looks to me like Dr Rock should retire!”
