“*I had an appointment here today 2/25 and sometime earlier last week* ive had numerous surgeries on my foot/ankle. I've been off work for 2 years, constantly in pain, weakness is so bad you can visually notice the difference in size of both calf's. Currently my issue is a pinched perineal nerve in my left leg starting at the knee. I went in roughly 2 weeks ago for my first appointment and met with some lady doctor and everything went well. She said she'd be able to offer me at least 8-10months of pain relief when we figured this out. Told me to come back and schedule a nerve test, but ortho Illinois already sent them a recently one one but I shrugged it off and scheduled the appointments. I come in and do the EKG or whatever the shock/nerve test is. The man that did that was amazing btw! Afterwards I meet with the pain doctor who spend the entire 30 minutes reviewing everything to offer me not a treatment plan of any type besides steroid shots that I've already had done and have a bad reaction to. She wanted me to switch my PT and all my treatment beside surgery essentially to them and feel like her lack effort to produce of a treatment plan past steroid shots. Not a single pharmaceutical was offered besides said shots. This place is a joke and save money, time, and hopes. Tomorrow I will be filing a complaint w my insurance and w their company although I doubt it'll get past the email. Hopefully this helps someone!”

“I have been coming here for over a year now. Dr. Osaben does my shots in my knee and is amazing. It never hurts and when he's done I could just about dance out. I highly recommend this place if you have knee problems. The Physical Therapy group is great to, they are so friendly. And care how you are feeling. The front desk girls are very friendly when you come in and don't give you grief if you need to reschedule. I will be looking into other things there, as they don't just do knees, they do a wide variety of things. Thank You, for making me feel better! Terri”

“I'm a chronic pain patient who made my appointment a month ago. The reviews looked good but I'm very disappointed. The people who work here are very nice. They made an appointment for me with the neurologist. They also made an appointment with the pain doctor for me the following day. I was very appreciative. My drive back is an hour. I got a call from them put it on speaker. They said they can't take me as a patient. I said why? She said I'll have to get someone to call you back. So I got a call back saying "you can't see the pain doctor because we DON'T HAVE ONE. I said why didn't you tell me a month ago? I have severe spinal stenosis and it was absolutely hell getting to this appointment. Then for them to do that to me is inexcusable. There were like 15 people in the waiting room and you have no pain doctor! I'm very angry and disappointed that people can treat you like this and again leave pain patients abandoned. Then they said do you still want to see the neurologist? I said how can I when you won't take me as a patient. I'm tired of being tossed away”
