The only complaint I have is that it is nearly impossible to get a call through to his office. Calls go to a corporate switchboard. When they call his office, staff never answer the phones. If there urgency it is vexing and takes days to get through and get a response. Very upsetting and worrying.”

“I have been going here for 4 years and have been seeing Doctor Gurguis only the past year. He is a doctor with wonderful bedside manners,cares about his patients does not rush you out the door and if you have questions he answers them in the way you can understand.I will be having a procedure done by Dr. Gurguis Jan 30th 2025 and I have never had any sort of back surgery done before or any surgery at all. I feel comfortable enough to let him perform this procedure call the M I L D which has to do with repairing a nerve in the back . He assured me that almost all people that have this procedure are happy with the outcome and last because the nerve takes a very long time to grow back . I should be very satisfied with this procedure and their is really no down time or scare and it is an out patient procedure. I do wish that my insurance or Medicare would pay for the anesthesia,they stopped paying for it a few years ago . I will try to update after my procedure but if anyone has had this MILD procedure please feel free to leave me comments I would greatly appreciate it. The staff at the off and surgical center are also wonderful I have always had kind staff members and pleasant. Happy Holidays to all as difficult as it may be .
