“this clinic is amazing, they have helped so much with my migraines, they have helped tremendously with my anxiety aswell! Dr. Nakken does Stellate Ganglion Blocks for the anxiety and panic attacks and i can't even explain how much it helps. Thank you to them ends of the earth Dr. Nakken! I can't think of anyone else i would trust to stab me in the back! The office manager Nikki is the sweetest woman, she always takes care of everyone the best she can, I always see her out in the lobby helping patients and checking in on them the best she can!”

“I already wrote my review but your response was that "I've never been a patient there!" 1st, my name is "Barbara ARMSTRONG", not MORRELL! (I remarried almost 3 yrs ago!) I have been a patient for many years, 1st when it was Nexus, then Riverwood pain & spine. I always had a great experience until the last 3 or so months when the new office manager Nikki took over and the disrespect and demeaning attitude towards me caused severe anxiety before each visit ending with me crying! She treated me like I was a liar and abuser ( as did the Dr) when it was a total lie, over just a one time misunderstanding! I would never recommend Riverwood until the new office manager can change her approach to people who are in need of understanding and help! So disappointed! Looking for a new clinic that has compassion and sincere caring of it's patients. I'm aware this won't get posted cus I'm sure they want only praise! I'm a 74 yr old woman that must have pain management to be able to do my job, on my feet for 7 hrs!”
