“This service is absolutely Awful - nobody answers the phones- nobody is held accountable to answer any concerns, expect to be treated as a number and not a human being in chronic pain. I had to take an Uber to the office in Hubner to set up a virtual appointment because no one returned my calls after 6 weeks. After the virtual meeting, nobody called me to set up my procedure I had to send 3 emails. As well I'm processing a Reasonable Accommodation and I forwarded the forms as instructed on 9/29/25 they responded on 10/9/25 asking for $100 to process the forms as I agreed; on 10/24 the company needs clarification with the due date of Oct 30 and they never responded. I'm about to lose my job. My procedure is due on Nov 24 - 2 months of waiting time for the same issue I initially went and it hasn't been solved yet even so I've been under treatment for over 1.5 yrs”
