“I had a missed appointment, a no call no show due to the death of my aunt! I had 3 deaths in one year and tried to explain that and was told "you did a no call no show you will need to find someone else" after I was told previously I could pay $25 before I reschedule. Then when I called back to pay and rescheduled I was told this. No understanding of the year I just faced! There was no need to be rude and say I wasted anyone's time. I sincerely get it a no call no show but it was definitely not on purpose. I am not ranting just don't understand. I made a mistake and I even apologized!”

“Dr Hancock is the most amazing Dr I have ever found! I've been thru several hernia surgeries and was in severe pain for almost 2 years.
