What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“These guys are awesome, friendly but more important, great at what they do. I've been getting disc injections for years from a million different places and every single one was awful (and felt like it made things worse), today not only did they relieve my discomfort, it actually felt "great" and didn't hurt at all like the others.... now when the lidocaine wears off, who knows but still hands down the best experience with that procedure to date!”

“Since Jack Campbell chen left, i was very nervous about having a new dr. I came across Dr Zoraida Arboleda and she had amazing bedside manner. I won't see anyone else. Dr Naazir is also great, but some of the office staff during check in are rude and dismissive. If they got caring, friendly people at the check in, it would help alleviate alot of people's frustration with all the changes that have happened lately in the practice. First contact staff can make or break a patients experience. I did let Tia the office manager know and she was so kind and addressed my concerns and asked me to write a report about the behavior of some of the front office staff. Then Dr Naazir came in to let me know he cared very much about what goes on there. So I would recommend this practice based on that.”

“I met my $3800 out-of-pocket expense. I went to get a radio frequency ablation. It worked perfect 30% of the people don't need to get their other side back. I'm in the 70%. They charged me $100 for the procedure when they shouldn't have And then a week before I'm supposed to get the procedure on my They canceled it. I asked them to get on the phone with me with my insurance company and the crazy lady in the front said I gotta go. They're gonna give him my money back tomorrow.”

“I was a patient of Dr. Rhoades for a while and absolutely loved him as my doctor as he always made me feel heard and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly. Unfortunately, since he left, my recent experience with a new doctor at the same practice was not the same. Everyone I interacted with was polite, but I never actually met or spoke with the doctor during my appointment. Instead, I only spoke with the physician assistant and the intake person, who was working remotely so I had to talk to her through a computer screen (which I didn't mind since I've done virtual appointments before but in the office felt odd). This was frustrating since this appointment was for a new issue with my neck, not my usual back concerns, and I expected to at least meet the new doctor. Afterward, I sat waiting about 15 minutes to schedule injections, and no one ever came in. In the end, the same intake person I'd spoken with virtually ended up scheduling me (again, not a problem with that, just the waiting) On top of that, I was told I'd have to travel to the Mechanicsville office for procedures, since only "members" for the concierge service can use the Midlothian location. That policy feels unnecessary and very inconvenient since they explicitly told me it wasn't going into effect until October 1st but their next available wasn't until after that so it felt pointless to even mention that to me. Overall, while the staff was kind, the lack of doctor interaction, and restrictive new policy made for a frustrating experience when compared to the excellent service I received under Dr. Rhoades. May end up having to find a new doctor to go to since I never spoke to the doctor in the first place. I don't know who is doing my injections or anything aside from that.”
