In addition, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Weiners surgery center where I have received several procedures. The staff is also amazing, and many of them have been there for many years. The interaction between staff is all very sweet and always professional. I honestly was skeptical based on the reviews on Yelp but I'm here to tell you that the staff & Dr. Weiner were fantastic! I had my pre visit with Connie who was very nice and we had a great conversation. She was very thorough. I then met Dr. Weiner who had a terrific bedside manner and again had a great conversation. “I have been going to Dr Weiner for years and have had fantastic and wonderful care from Dr. Weiner and supporting physicians. Once you arrive at the office the office care is very nice, but outside the office care is horrible. Impossible to get through, messages not delivered, and have had a handful of call backs in the 6 yrs of going there. Absolutely no one answers the phones and have had horrible problems as a result from this. And what are the office hours suppose to be? It seems everyone just leaves around 4. This has been even worse in the last couple of months. I pay cash each month because of my insurance, but my doctor care is exceptional and don't mind, so I'll just have to grit my teeth with the rest of it and keep my fingers crossed with the rest. Possible solution, hire someone to have a direct line just to return calls and to insure that the have delivered the message, maybe a date time stamp reply.”

“I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wiener and innovative, pain clinic. I have been treated by the VA Medical Center in San Diego for many years. While it was good treatment, the time it took to get in for an appointment was beyond forever. Recently sent to Dr Wiener's office by the VA, everything has been perfect so far. Locally here in town and was amble to get immediate appointments several times. The staff is very compassionate and willing to above and beyond for the patient. I feel like my results here have been better than at the VA.”
